The following is a transcript of how our AI voice agent collects express verbal consent from callers before sending a text message:

AI Voice Agent

"Your order total comes out to $24.50. To keep your payment information completely secure, I will text a checkout link to the mobile number you are calling from. Is that okay?"

Customer

"Yes."

AI Voice Agent

"Perfect, I just sent it. You can pay right on your phone and we will start preparing your order immediately!"

System Note: The Twilio SMS API is only triggered if the customer provides a positive verbal confirmation.

SMS Privacy Policy

AI MAX LLC provides automated voice and SMS services for local restaurants and strictly protects user data. We only collect phone numbers when a customer actively calls a participating restaurant.

We only send transactional text messages (like secure checkout links or reservation confirmations) when explicitly requested by the caller.
We do not use text messaging for marketing or promotional campaigns.
The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Users can reply STOP at any time to opt-out of future messages, or HELP for assistance.

Program Description: AI MAX LLC provides automated transactional SMS alerts for local restaurants, including secure checkout links and waitlist notifications, sent only after a customer initiates a phone call and gives verbal consent.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on customer interaction (typically 1–2 messages per order).
Pricing: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel and unsubscribe from all future messages.
